Who are the Roadtrip Divas?
The Roadtrip Divas are a group of women who love to hit the road. We are friends with a tight bond and a quick wit. Some of us have known each other for more than 10 years. And occasionally a sibling sneaks into our trips. We love camping, hamburgers on the grill, trying new things, learning about new cultures, making jokes and understanding the world a little better with each trip.
But what we are and aren't past that is extremely hard to define. Our name came as a joke and in no way is meant to imply that we are snobby or stuck up. And for the most part, you won't catch us at the local bar. We'd rather spend our time petting manatees or running from alligators (and yes we've done both).
This site began as an outlet to tell our funny stories and for us to keep track of our growing list of trips and photos. We have slowly evolved it into a travel site with tips, links and info to help others out. This is not a full-time job for any of us, so sometimes we are slow to add information and we apologize, but we hope you will understand that the Roadtrip Divas may just be being themselves and too busy on the road to actually update. We will try though. And if you have anything to add, please let us know! We love to hear from our fans. (And suprisingly we have a couple!)
But ultimately, we hope the term "Roadtrip Divas" goes beyond our group in Florida to inspire other women to get out there and do things, even if the men in their life hate sleeping in a tent!

We have a new Diva! Thanksgiving '07 we added Jennifer to the Divas, she not only fit in with our personalities and is a great addition but she loves the great outdoors!
Delilah--The Roadtrip Divas have their pictures on the "Friday Night Girls" page and we even won a gift card to JC Penneys. UPDATE: the Roadtrip Divas were on the radio show again in January 2007!
